Who handles your information?

Cali-R uses information supplied through this website to respond to enquiries and manage event, DJ and mobile bar booking requests. For privacy questions or requests, email info@cali-r.com.

Contact and booking enquiries

We process the name, email, message and any phone number, event date, venue or booking details you supply. Enquiries are emailed to our team using Resend, and a receipt confirmation is sent to you. Reply addresses allow you and our team to continue the conversation. An enquiry or receipt does not confirm a booking or reserve tickets.

We also send enquiry details to our Discord channel to manage incoming requests. These include your full message, page, referring website origin, browser/device information and server-observed IP address. Please do not submit payment card details or other sensitive information.

Optional website usage measurement

Only if you accept, selected ticket, contact and related call-to-action clicks are reported to Discord. Reports include the button label, destination, page, referring website origin, browser/device, IP address and time. These help us understand which links visitors use; they do not confirm a ticket purchase. We remove query strings and fragments from reported URLs.

You can decline and still use the website, buy tickets or contact us. Change your choice using Cookie settings at the foot of any page. Withdrawing consent stops future optional reports; it does not automatically delete earlier reports.

Why we process information

We use enquiry details to respond to your request and take steps towards a booking where applicable. We use operational records to manage enquiries and protect the service. Optional usage measurement relies on your consent. Sending a form is not a marketing subscription.

Service providers and external links

Resend processes email delivery and Discord receives the reports described above. The hosting provider processes technical information needed to operate the website. Providers may process data outside the UK; their own terms and privacy information describe their processing and safeguards.

Ticket purchases take place on WeGotTickets, not on this website. Facebook, map and calendar links also take you to separate services with their own privacy policies.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry emails and Discord reports do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule in this website’s code. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request access, correction or restriction, object to processing, or request a portable copy of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or ongoing bookings.
